What TrendCombo Is

TrendCombo is software for recording and reviewing your own trading, and for viewing market information. You use it to keep a record of your decisions and to put market information in context.

TrendCombo is a record-keeping and information tool. It is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, exchange, or investment manager, and it does not provide financial advice or investment advice.

Nothing on the platform is a recommendation, an opinion, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. This includes any market data, charts, indicators, summaries, commentary, or other market intelligence TrendCombo shows you.

Any information TrendCombo provides is general only. It does not take your objectives, financial situation, or needs into account, and it is not tailored to you. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed or authorised professional, and you should obtain independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

TrendCombo does not execute trades, does not place orders, and does not hold your money or assets. We cannot see, and do not control, any account you hold with a broker or other provider.

Nothing on this platform is directed at any person in any jurisdiction where doing so would be contrary to law or regulation.

Market information shown in TrendCombo may come from third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable at times, and it is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for any trading decision. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you use TrendCombo, and keep your account details secure.
• Use TrendCombo lawfully, and only for its intended purpose.
• Ensure that anything you enter or upload may lawfully be used for that purpose.
• Make your own trading decisions, and seek independent advice where you need it.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data.

Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep TrendCombo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may change, and features may be added, altered, or withdrawn. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or where we need to protect the platform or other users.

Intellectual Property

TrendCombo, and the software, design, and content we provide, remain the property of Mechutopia or its licensors. You keep ownership of the information you enter. We do not claim ownership of your trading records. Third-party software, data, and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Warranties and Liability

TrendCombo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform or of any third-party service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
